Consistent filters across list and summary endpoints

List endpoints and their summary counterparts previously accepted slightly different filter parameters, which made it awkward to fetch rows and their rollup with one set of query params.
The parameters are now aligned across both endpoint shapes. A filter that works on a list works on the matching summary.
